What counts as an active user?

Someone on your team who can sign in. People you move to the Trash stop counting the moment you remove them, and any courtesy licences on your account are deducted before the invoice is worked out.

What happens if I add someone in the middle of the month?

You are charged pro rata for the days they are actually on the account, not a full month. Your first invoice is a full month, and it sets the day your billing period closes.

Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?

You can start without one. The app shows an invitation to add a card during the trial, and everything stays on for the full 14 days either way. We email you 7 days before the trial ends so nothing is a surprise.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing portal inside the app. The portal opens whether your subscription is active, overdue or cancelled, so you can always change the card or stop the plan yourself.

What is the Takeoff add-on?

On-plan Takeoff — upload a PDF plan, set the scale once, and measure areas, lengths and walls on screen, with every measurement becoming a priced quote line. It is NZ$75 per seat / month on top of the base plan, and only for the people who need it.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee and no minimum term. You pay for the users you have, month by month.
